What happens if I reach my monthly limit?

You are never charged extra. We warn you when you have used 80% of your answers. If you reach 100%, your assistant politely tells visitors it is unavailable and shows them how to contact you, until the next month starts or you move to a bigger plan.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The Free plan gives you 50 answers a month to try Ansa on your own website, with no card needed. Paid plans start at $5 a month.

Which languages does it speak?

Ansa replies in the language your customer writes in, using the information you have given it. It works well in widely used languages such as English, French and Portuguese, and we are testing more with early customers. Try a few questions in the test chat before you go live.

Does it replace my staff?

No. It handles the questions you answer over and over (opening hours, prices, delivery, booking) so you and your team can focus on the conversations that need a person. When it does not know something, it sends the customer to you.

Where is my data stored, and is it used to train AI?

Your documents and conversations are stored on Google Cloud, kept separate from every other business, and only used to answer your customers. We never use your content to train AI models. You can delete your sources, or your whole account, at any time.

Do I need a developer?

No. If you can paste one line into your website builder (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or plain HTML), you can install it. No website? Share your chat link on WhatsApp, in your Instagram bio or in your email signature.

How do I cancel?

Any time, from your settings. There are no contracts. If you delete your account, your sources, conversations and files are deleted too.
